Clostridium Information Database
ClosIndb is a dedicated database for the analysis of Clostridium species. This database collates the computationally derived information associated to all the ORFs from completed genome sequences of Clostridium species. It features various aspects of coding region as well as non-coding region, e.g. physicochemical properties, operon arrangement, putative orthologs, cis-regulatory elements, clostridial orthologs across the fermicutes. It also allow user to retrieve information like amino acid sequence,intergenic sequence etc.
