MycoInDB

    Mycobacterium information database

MycoIndb allows user to retrieve the information derived using comparative genomics. It hosts information revealed from coding as well as non-coding region across the mycobacterial species. Primarily genes conserved or unique in particular mycobacterial species with respect to other mycobacterial species can be identified. It also allows user to examine the availability of genes belonging to various functional categories across the mycobacterial species. Presently, this database has covered 60 mycobacterial species which are completely sequenced.
